Executive Pastry Chef
We’re seeking visionary Executive Pastry Chef's to lead the dessert programs for our client’s award-winning hospitality concepts.
This role is for a creative leader who turns pastry into performance, where every plate is both precision and poetry. As Executive Pastry Chef, you’ll be responsible for the conception, execution, and leadership of all pastry and dessert offerings. From breakfast viennoiserie to plated fine dining compositions and show-stopping patisserie, you’ll oversee an exceptional team, shape seasonal menus, and define the sweet finish to a world-class guest experience.
You’ll work in close partnership with culinary leadership and F&B operations to ensure that your creations align with the brand’s tone, whether that's refined elegance, modern artistry, or nostalgic indulgence.
The ideal candidate is classically trained, highly creative, and confident in managing high-volume operations with finesse. You have a portfolio that speaks in textures, temperatures, and tension, and a leadership style that inspires consistency without compromising originality.
