Senior Sous Chef
We are seeking seasoned and passionate Senior Sous Chef's to support the culinary leadership of our client’s prestigious kitchens.
This is a role for someone who doesn’t just cook, but crafts, leads, and elevates the brigade through excellence and consistency. As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily operations, ensure flawless execution, and uphold the culinary identity of the hotel’s European kitchen. You’ll contribute to menu creation, lead training and quality control, and support a kitchen culture rooted in precision, teamwork, and discipline.
This role requires mastery in European cuisine, from classic French and Italian techniques to modern European plating, with the ability to execute under pressure while inspiring consistency across every service. You must bring a leadership mindset, strong operational skills, and the humility to both follow and lead with intention. This is a position for a chef who balances creativity with control, and quality with calm.
