Senior Reservation Manager
We’re hiring a Senior Reservation Manager's for our clients prestigous 5-star restaurants.
This role is pivotal, because before guests taste the food, they experience the booking. As Senior Reservation Manager, you will oversee all aspects of reservations and guest communication, managing high volumes while maintaining a personal touch. You will ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house, private dining, and VIP services — with a focus on accuracy, anticipation, and tone.
We’re looking for someone with presence, polish, and the ability to act as both gatekeeper and brand ambassador. You’ll lead a team, manage booking systems, and implement strategies to reduce no-shows, increase table efficiency, and elevate guest engagement before they even arrive.
The ideal candidate is fluent in modern reservation systems, has experience in luxury or high-volume restaurants, and understands how to balance operational control with warm, responsive service.
